⚠️ STRICT REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the bespoke, custom-engineered, and resource-intensive nature of digital development, UI/UX design, software engineering, and consulting services provided by WEBIS STUDIO (operating on webiss.shop), ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND FINAL.

• No Chargebacks / Money Back: Once a project payment (including booking deposits, setup fees, milestone payments, or final releases) is received, engineering assets and capital are immediately committed. We do not support refunds or reversals under any circumstances.
• Milestone System: Projects are structured into transparent milestones. Approval of a milestone indicates client satisfaction and authorizes the start of the next phase. Previous milestones cannot be contested or refunded.
• Project Pauses: If a client pauses a project indefinitely, any funds paid remain allocated to the project account as credit but cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

1. Scope of Services

WEBIS STUDIO provides high-end digital solutions including full-stack application development, search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, and social media handling. The specific deliverables, timeline, and parameters of each project are defined inside your customized project quotation or milestone agreement. Any modifications outside the initial scope of work will be subject to additional billing.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership and intellectual property rights of the custom-written code, visual graphics, and final system assets will be fully transferred to the client. WEBIS STUDIO retains the right to display the completed work, screenshots, and case studies inside our design showcase portfolio for marketing purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3. Privacy & Data Handling Policy

We take the privacy of our clients and site visitors extremely seriously. Any personal information (including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and messages submitted via our contact forms) is processed securely and is used exclusively to contact you regarding your projects, provide quotations, and send automated transactional updates (such as welcome emails). We will never sell, lease, or distribute your private information to third-party advertisers.

4. Timely Feedback & Deliverables

The timely delivery of any digital experience depends heavily on active client collaboration. The client agrees to provide necessary copy, assets, brand details, and feedback on milestones within five (5) business days of our requests. Lengthy client delays may affect targeted launch dates and milestone timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall WEBIS STUDIO or its founders, engineers, and employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption) arising out of or relating to your use of our software systems, websites, or services.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising under this agreement shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
